ALWAYS review Effective Intensity
after changing Flash Characters.
Setting Effective Intensity
The Effective Intensity of the lantern is a measure of
its apparent brightness in candela. It takes into
account the reduction from peak intensity caused by
the Schmidt Clausen factor.
Setting an Intensity to Comply with
Obstruction Lighting Standards
Users of the M80xx Series Lanterns may wish to
program the light to meet a specific Obstruction
Lighting specification.
If you have not already done so,
establish a connection to the lantern.
The lantern LEDs will flash to confirm the
lantern is ready to receive commands.
