13. 

For the remaining two ladder spacers, align parts (#7), (#8) and (#9)  between the hole in the 
handrail and the hole in the ladder as in step 12.  Use a (#5) 1/4-20 x 6” Carriage Bolt along with 
a (#10) Flat Washer, a (#11) Lock Washer, and a (#12) Hex Nut to fasten the parts together as 
shown in FIGURE G and FIGURE H. Place (#25) Vinyl Cap over the exposed threaded ends of 
the bolts. Use Loctite® 242 Thread Locking Compound on all handrail fasteners.
