A.- ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly
When unpacking the machine make sure that no pieces are broken or
damaged. If any are, replace them with original spare parts. If they are electric
components, replace them with elements with the same reference, and
check with the manufacturer in case of any doubts.
Connection
Check that the tension and frequency of the machine, shown on the
nameplate, are the same as those of the electric supply.
During carriage, roll up the power cable. Never move the machine by pulling
on the cable.
Applications
The Manual vibrator and the Roller vibrator are professional machines for
performing vibration operations on any tile format, generally after they have
been lain on cement bases in order to level and improve adhesion of the
paving to the base.
Limitations of conditions of the environment
Pay close attention to the conditions around the workplace. Keep it clean
and well lit. The machine should always be kept clean in order to get the best
performance in the safest working conditions.
Safety
The safety measures should be read and understood before using the
machine.
Carefully read the manual to get a good knowledge of the position and
function of the different machine controls.
Read the manual before doing any task and scrupulously respect the
information supplied by the manufacturer.
Do not modify, reduce or eliminate the security devices present.
Always use individual protection devices respecting the current regulations
against accidents in the country of use as indicated by the manufacturer.
Keep all safety and danger warnings clean and efficient.
When using the machine, avoid causing any danger to the people in the
surrounding area, taking special care in the presence of children and the
disabled.
Any maintenance operation should be performed with the power cable
unplugged.
Never leave the machine unwatched in a potentially dangerous condition.
B.- STARTING UP
Checks before starting up
Before using the machine, check that no pieces have been worn, damaged or
broken. If any have, repair or replace them immediately.
The power socket must have an earth connection and protection from
electrical faults (differential). When using an extension lead, check that the
2
wire is no thinner than 2.5mm .

.- Characteristics
1.- Keep all of the packaging. In the future, you may need to repackage
the machine.
2.- Check that the tension and frequency of the machine, shown on the
nameplate, are the same as those of the power supply.
3.- Plug the machine into the corresponding socket on the transformer.
4.- Insert plug (B) of the transformer into socket (C) of the transformer.
5.- Insert transformer plug (A) into the power supply socket.
6.- To use the machine correctly, you will need to dampen the floor
H
.- Exploding (annexe)
immediately after positioning it and wait for the water to be totally
absorbed. This period will vary depending on the dampness and
thickness of the mortar base (from 20 to 40 minutes).
7.- Put the machine on the floor.
8.- Select the required operative speed as indicated in table 1.
9.- Move the machine along the floor, moving first forwards and then
backwards. (Fig.3).
10.- Repeat several times until the tiles are perfectly levelled.
11.- Avoid working the machine in the same places all the time, because
this would lead to oversinkage in that area.
12.- To check the effectiveness of adhesion to the base, when you finish
work, lift a tile and check that the cement has set.
1.- Keep all of the packaging. In the future, you may need to repackage
the machine.
2.- The machine weighs 48 kg; when removing it from the packaging, you
will need the help of another person.
3.- Check that the tension and frequency of the machine, shown on the
nameplate, are the same as those of the power supply.
4.- Plug the machine into the corresponding socket on the transformer.
5.- Insert plug (B) of the transformer into socket (C) of the transformer.
6.- Unscrew the manual steering wheel (A) and lift the handle (B). Make
sure that the power cable is below the handle and is not being
squashed.
7.- Screw the manual steering wheel back on (A) until it is completely
blocked.
8.- Put the machine on the floor.
9.- Select the required operative speed as indicated in table 1.
10.- Move the machine along the floor, moving first forwards and then
backwards. (Fig.3).
11.- Repeat several times until the tiles are perfectly levelled.
12.- Avoid working the machine in the same places all the time, because
this would lead to oversinkage in that area.
13.- To check the effectiveness of adhesion to the base, when you finish
work, lift a tile and check that the cement has set.
1.- Read the manual carefully to get a good knowledge of the position
and function of the machine's controls.
2.- Read the manual before doing any task and scrupulously respect the
information supplied by the manufacturer.
3.- For total guarantee of safety, use gloves and chest, eye and ear
protection.
4.- Do not wear clothing that could get tangled or caught on the disk.
5.- Noise measurement in accordance with CEE regulations CEE 89/392,
91/368, ISO 3744.
a) Average sound pressure level Lpf=88dBa
b) Volume level Lw=105
c) Equivalent sound pressure level on the operator's ears
(microphone located at 10cm from the operator's ear) Leq=103 dBa.
6.- Unplug the machine before performing any adjustment, servicing or
maintenance. Only use in combination with a differential, with F1
protection connector.
7.- No not expose the machine to rain.
8.- Do not use the machine in wet or damp places.
9.- Keep the work area well lit.
10.- Do not use the machine in the presence of inflammable gases or
liquids.
11.- Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces.
