Maintenance
Maintenance items to be performed are listed below.
•
Note that it is not possible to completely eliminate biohazard risk from samples or
extracted/purified products while operating this instrument. Wear a mask, goggles,
and gloves for your own safety.
•
Ensure that the instrument power is turned OFF when doing maintenance work.
•
Pay close attention when cleaning areas on the instrument where caution labels are
attached.
Note
•
Maintenance work must be performed as indicated. Otherwise the results of
extraction/purification runs cannot be guaranteed.
•
Contact us for maintenance work that must be done by Field Service personnel.
•
Clean up the stage, nozzles, piercing unit, and racks after each time the instrument
is shut down.

Cleaning Method
:

Choose the cleaning solution according to the
instrument’s pollution status. Wipe
the polluted areas using paper wipes, such as Kim Wipes®, moistened with the
liquid.
Wear a mask, goggles, and gloves when cleaning the instrument for your safety.
