7. ROTOR INspider TRAINING USE
After pairing ROTOR your power meter, follow the con
fi
guration options for your cyclecomputer
to select the metrics you would like to display on your device.
Consult your trainer in order to evaluate which of the measured values provided by ROTOR personal
INspider are optimal to maximize your performance.
ROTOR INspider MEASUREMENT
ROTOR starts measuring data automatically when pedaling. The following data are INspider
sent by radio signal to your head unit:

is the combined total power applied by the two legs.
Remove any cadence sensor from your bike, it is not necessary and may cause interference.
Turn off the cadence sensor on the monitor; this will be displayed thanks to your power meter.

BALANCE: the spider-based power meters
estimate balance numbers. Balance provides
information about how much power is applied
by each leg. It is shown as two complementary
percentages (e.g.: 52%-48%).

90º before the OCA number, and as

point the one that comes 90º after OCA. It is
considered that the remaining part of the
