64 • Calibration Procedure

ACO-4500 User Guide (v3.0)

8. Press the rotary control. The Menu reads: “

Add 50ohm term

”.

9. Add a 50ohm termination onto the T-piece already on the output BNC of the channel being adjusted.

10. Press the rotary control. The Menu reads: “

Take fail values

”.

11. Press the rotary control. The Menu shows that the next channel is ready to be calibrated.

12. If you wish to continue, repeat from step 2. for the next channel. Use either the same T-piece or a second one

for applying the terminations.

13. If you do not wish to continue, use the back button to return to the Main Menu.

14. You must exit fully from the Menu system in order to permanently save the new calibration values.

15. If you had previously recorded the calibration values when you received the unit, the values stored after this

calibration session should correspond quite closely with those original ones.



In the event of a procedural error, simply use the back button to return to the start of the current channel
calibration.
