4 Beschreibung Description
AN-Axialventilatoren haben standardmäßig
ein feuerverzinktes Stahlblechgehäuse (auf
Wunsch kunststoffbeschichtet) mit
definierten, beidseitigen Anbauflanschen
und eingeschraubter Motorkonsole. Das
direktgetriebene Laufrad besteht aus
Aluminium-Druckgussflügeln sowie Naben
aus Aluminium-Kokillenguss und hat im
Stillstand verstellbare profilierte Flügel. Der
Antrieb erfolgt direkt über einen
IEC-Normmotor der Bauform B 3 (Fußaus-
führung) in Schutzart IP 55 und Isolierstoff-
klasse F (+ 40 °C bei Nennleistung, An-
gaben des Motorherstellers beachten!). Die
Axialventilatoren sind auch mit Inspektions-
klappen, mit Edelstahlgehäuse sowie mit
außenliegendem Ventilatorklemmkasten
anschlussfertig lieferbar.
The standard equipment of AN axial fans is
a galvanized sheet steel housing (optional
plastic powder coating) with defined dual
mounting flanges and bolted motor console.
The directly driven impeller consists of cast
aluminum blades and gravity die cast alu-
minum hubs. The blades feature a profile
and may be adjusted while the fan is at
standstill. The fan is driven directly by a
standard motor of the B3 design (version
with base) in accordance with IEC, the type
of protection is IP 55 and the class of insu-
lation is F (+40º C for the nominal output,
please take into account the specifications
of the motor manufacturer!). The axial fans
are also available with inspection ports,
stainless steel housing and a prewired ex-
ternal fan terminal box.
