Step 1J - Run Roof

Slide LB left back roof panel up and under
both layers of center roof sections until V
grooves of center roof section line up on
top of V grooves in LB panel. After making
sure entire length of roof section is aligned
nicely, install two lower bottom edge roof
screws into eave edge. Tighten only
enough to compress neoprene rubber
washer... try not to over tighten.
Slide up and under both
center roof pieces.
Slide LF left back roof panel up and under
front layer of center roof section until V
grooves of center roof section line up on
top of V grooves in LF panel. After making
sure entire length of roof section is aligned
nicely, install two lower bottom edge roof
screws into front eave edge. Tighten only
enough to compress neoprene rubber
washer... try not to over tighten. Drill
remaining two holes using same
considerations as in previous step
and install and tighten
screws.
Tighten screws along the left side
center panels to where the neoprene
rubber washer is compressed and pin the
panels that you slid under down into place.
Repeat this entire procedure for the right
side run panels first installing RB back
panel then the RF front panel using the
same procedure as you just did for the left
panels.
Be careful not to lean on or shift structure too much. As screws
get tightened and the full structure gets assembled
things will stiffen up and become solid.
Loosen screws as
needed to allow slipping
in of lower panels.
