Ensure all bolts, and nuts where used, are sitting correctly with the heads flat against
the washers i.e. not cross-threaded. Always be sure to add a washer and apply the nut
so that the end without the blue nylon ring sits flat against the washer surface. Care
must be taken not to damage any flooring and/or paintwork during assembly. Once
assembled, double check each bolt in turn for tightness before moving on to the
eyebolts and padding.
FITTING THE EYEBOLTS
Warning! Failure to properly install a forged steel eyebolt may result in serious injury or
death. If an eyebolt should work loose it could eventually fall out!
Eyebolts should never turn in their mounting hole when in use. If this should happen
the eyebolts are becoming loose. Discontinue use immediately and inspect all the
eyebolts.

The fitting of eyebolts requires a secondary inspection to ensure that the eyebolts have
been properly fitted.
