Method
Add the eyebolts as shown.
Place a washer on the
eyebolt and pass through
the cross bar from the
underside. On the other
side, add another washer
and apply the nut so that the
end without the blue nylon
ring sits flat against the
washer surface (See fig 3).
Please note: Make sure that
the bolt is fully inserted into
its fixing so that they bolt
head (eye hole end) is flush
with the surface. Failure to do so will place too much strain on the bolt head.
Before fully tightening, align the eyebolt so that its hole faces the two uprights. Ensure
the eyebolts hold this position when fully tightening by preventing them from spinning.
Repeat for the other two eyebolts and double check all nuts and washers are present
and correct as described above.
