If
the
chimney
draft
is
too
high,
combustion
in
the
insert
will
be
too
intense
and
flue
gas
will
reach
very
high
temperatures.
Fuel
consumption
will
also
be
too
high.
Once
installed
in
the
flue
gas
way,
the
regulator
is
adjusted
using
weights
so
that
air
is
sucked
in
at
a
certain
negative
pressure
in
the
chimney
‐
this
will
slow
the
flue
flow
and
reduce
the
intensity
of
combustion,
thereby
increasing
insert
efficiency.

The
chimney
flap
fulfills
a
similar
function
to
the
draft
regulator.

difference
between
these
two
is
that
the

regulator
responds

equipped

a
central
air
intake
(CAI),

gives

automatic
regulation

combustion
.
The
regulator
is
controlled
by
a
microprocessor
control
unit,
whose
main
task
is
to
compare
the
current
course
of
combustion
with
the
saved
program
“Optimization
of
the
combustion
process”
and
based
on
an
evaluation,
regulate
the
amount
of
air
intake
into
the
furnace.
It
helps
achieve
a
more
even
combustion
process
and
more
efficient
utilization
of
the
produced
heat.

Accumulation
tanks
in
the
DUO
‐
E
series
are
designed
for
accumulation
and
the
subsequent
distribution
of
heat
energy
of
heating
water
with
an
immersed
hot
water
reservoir
for
the
household
(hereinafter
HW)
and
a
steel
heating
coil
(e.g.
for
connecting
the
solar
system)
from
solid
fuel
boilers,
heat
pumps,
solar
panels,
electric
boilers,
etc.
The
accumulation
tank
is
always
connected
to
a
closed
heating
circuit.
A
heating
coil
with
1”
connection
is
installed
at
the
bottom
of
the
accumulation
tank.
In
addition,
accumulation
tanks
are
equipped
with
two
welded

6/4”
pieces
for
connecting
heat
sources
(electric
heating
units),
four
welded

pieces
for
installation

sink
sensors
