For
your
maximum
safety,
the
exchanger
is
fitted
with
a
copper
aftercooling
loop,
which
ensures
safe
and
fast
cooling
of
the
insert’s
exchanger
in
case
of
overheating.
Copper
is
one
of
the
best
heat
conductors
and
allows
the
loop
to
quickly
dissipate
excessive
heat.
This
situation
may
occur
in
case
of
a
power
outage
and
thereby
a
shutdown
of
the
circulation
pumps
of
the
heating
system.
The
aftercooling
loop
must
lead
into
the
sewer
system;
maximum
working
overpressure
is
given
by
the
aftercooling
valve
used.

The
hot
water
exchanger
of
fireplace
insert
KV
025
W
01
is
equipped
with
an
external
cover
with
thermal
insulation,
which
minimizes
heat
radiation
from
the
exchanger
into
the
surroundings
of
the
fireplace
insert.
A
larger
amount
of
heat
therefore
remains
in
the
hot
‐
water
system.
The
high
‐
quality
insulation
used
is
highly
heat
resistant
(approximately
1,000°C),
has
low
heat
conductivity,
is
safe
to
health
and
its
fibers
are
biodegradable.

The
production
of
these
fireplace
inserts
starts
from
the
preparation
of
intermediate
products,
through
welding,
and
ends
with
final
painting
on
automated
lines
and
NC
machines.
This
process
guarantees
high
accuracy,
production
quality
and
the
quality
of
connection
materials.
Each
fireplace
insert
undergoes
a
triple
test
of
the
exchanger.
In
the
first
phase,
penetration
tests
are
performed
after
welding,
followed
by
pressure
tests.
After
final
assembly,
each
insert
undergoes
a
pressure
test
again.
The
aftercooling
loop
is
also
pressure
tested
in
a
water
bath.
