Recipes
Our following recipes should serve as a suggestion. Depending on your own taste, the recipes can
be adapted individually. Just try and experiment and put together your own creations.
Programme/Note
Ingredients and preparation
Suppe
(Soup)
without
blending bell
results in
ca. 1.3 L
300 g of diced zucchini
200 ml of oat cuisine (vegan cream)
750 ml of water
3 tbsp rice
Salt, pepper, nutmeg or soup seasoning
Options:
Mushrooms, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower. You can replace
the rice with diced potatoes. This ingredient is used to bind the soup
making the result creamier.
Preparation:
Put everything except the oat cuisine into the inner con-
tainer. Fill up with water to the lower filling line. Put on the lid, select
programme
Suppe
and start.
After the programme has finished remove the lid, season the soup if
necessary and add the oat cuisine. Put on the lid and mix again by
using the
Pulse
function.
Tip:
Roast some chopped zucchini and chopped almonds in olive oil
and use it as topping.
If the soup is too thin, simply add a few dried potato flakes (puree
powder), mix (
Pulse
function) and let it steep shortly. If the consistency
of the soup is too thick, dilute with a little liquid.
Soja
(Soy)
Soy drink
with blending bell
results in
ca. 1 L
(ca. 750 ml filtered)
100 g of soybeans (dry or soaked)
1 L of water
Options:
peas, lupins
Preparation:
Put the soybeans into the inner container. Fill up with
water to the lower filling line. Put on the lid, select programme
Soja
and start.
After the programme has finished, filter with a sieve or nut bag as
desired.
Tip:
After sieving the soy drink, what is left is the so-called okara -
the pomace of the soy bean. This can be processed into vegan patties,
crispbread, veggie burgers or pancakes, for example.
