Trouble shooting

If an error occurs, please check the following table to see if you can fix the error by yourself. If this

is not possible, please contact the service department of your dealer. Thank you very much.

Cause and elimination

E 1

Too few ingredients in the inner container

(only for programmes with activated heating fuction).

• Please pull the power plug out of the socket.

• Please fill the needed quantity of ingredients into the inner container.

Pay attention to the minimum and maximum filling quantity!

• Please reconnect the power plug to the power supply and start the

programme once again.

E 2

The filled liquid or the inner container is too hot

(all programmes except the

Pulse

function).

• Please pull the power plug out of the socket.

• Please only fill in liquids with a maximum temperatur of 45 °C.

• Please reconnect the power plug to the power supply and start the

programme once again.

E 3

The overflow protection is active.

• Please pull the power plug out of the socket.

• Please check the content of the inner container. To prevent the contents

of inner container from overfloating, boiling or foaming over, reduce the

contents or skim off any foam.

• Please reconnect the power plug to the power supply and start the

programme once again.

E 4

The appliance is overheated.

• Please pull the power plug out of the socket.

• Please let the appliance cool down and pour out hot contents if

necessary.

• Please reconnect the power plug to the power supply and start the

programme once again.

E 5 / E 6 / E 7

E 8 and EA

Error in electronics.

• Please pull the power plug out of the socket.

• Please reconnect the power plug to the power supply. If the error still

occurs, stop operating the appliance and get in contact with the service

department of your dealer.

The motor is overloaded.

• Please pull the power plug out of the socket.

• Please check the blade and the blending bell for blockage by ingredients

and remove them if necessary.

• Please reconnect the power pug to the power supply and start the

programme once again.
