A. Operating the appliance
Caution: Hazard of injury/burns/scalding! Read all safety
advices and instructions! Misuse or non-observance of the
safety advices and instructions may cause electric shock, fire
and/or serious injuries!
Limited operation time
The appliance is not designed for continuous operation and should cool down
sufficiently after each programme in which the heating is active.
After pouring out the prepared food or drink , we recommend filling in approx. 1.3
litres of cold tap water, then simply put on the lid with motor unit and let the appliance
cool down for at least 5 minutes. If this is not observed, the motor can be damaged!
1. Connecting the connector plug with the appliance
• Plug the power cord into the connector socket on the back of the
appliance. Pay attention to a firm and correct fitting of the power
cord.
ATTENTION : If the power cord is too loose, this may result in
damages at the cable and the plug!
2. Connecting the appliance with the power supply
• Connect the power plug with a sufficiently secured socket.
 The connection of the appliance with the power supply is confirmed by a
signal tone.
• There is a short check of the electronics.

The display shows all available indications flashing up for about one second.
3. Standby Mode
• After the check, the appliance turns into standby mode
 The display shows “ b “ and the pilot lamp lights up continuously.
