B. Preparing the appliance for usage
Attention: Hazard of injury!
The blade has a delayed motor stop after it has been switched
off. Therefore only remove the lid with motor unit after
complete standstill! The 3-winged serrated blade is very
sharp! Always handle cutting tools with care to avoid injuries!
1. Remove the lid
• To remove the lid, grasp the handle provided on top of the
lid and carefully take it off.
2. Usage of the blending bell
• Depending on the application, the appliance can be used with or without the blending bell.
Please note our recommendations for use on page 33.
Assembling the blending bell
1. Place the lid
onto a firm and
even ground
and hold it.
2. Carefully slide
the blending bell
onto the thread
of the motor unit.
3. Firmly turn
the blending
bell counter-
clockwise to
lock it.
ATTENTION :
Make sure that
the blending
bell is fixed
firmly!
