Disposal/recycling
Packaging material
Do not simply throw the packaging material away but recycle it.
Deliver paper, cardboard and corrugated cardboard to waste paper collection points.
Also put plastic packaging material and foils into the specifi c collection containers.
The printed or embossed markings indicate the materials which were
used: PE stands for polyethylene (code 02 means high-density PE,
04 stands for low-density PE), PS stands for polystyrene and CPE for
chlorinated polyethylene. PAP 20 means corrugated cardboard
and PAP 21 other cardboard. All plastics are thermoplastics which
are very easy and effi cient to produce. They are also very easy to
recycle and therefore can even have a smaller ecological footprint than
comparable cardboard packaging.
