Cheesecake-yogurt ice cream
350 g
natural yogurt (3.5 % fat content)
125 g
sweetened condensed milk
100 g
cream cheese
½ tsp.
vanilla extract
juice of half a lime
Mix all ingredients using a hand mixer and pour the pre-chilled mixture into the Ice cream maker. Let stir
for 40 minutes to the desired consistency.

Vegan avocado-coconut ice cream
400 g
coconut milk
1 avocado
100 g
sugar
1 tbsp.
lemon juice
1
pinch of salt
Scoop the avocado flesh in the blender and blend it together with the other ingredients. Pre-chill the
ice-cream mixture. Let stir for 40 minutes to the desired consistency.
