Preparing the appliance for use
1.) Insert the crumb tray into the oven
• Before operating the oven, make sure, that the crumb tray is inserted below the lower heating element.
2.) Preparing the oven
• Open the oven door (do not use the open door as storage place!).
• Place the prepared food on the grill grid or roasting/baking tray and insert it in the provided insertion
levels of the oven chamber. Close the oven door.
NOTE for using the grill grid:
The special shape of the insertion levels in the front area prevents the
grid from being pulled too far out of the appliance by mistake.
Insert the grill grid with the grill bars upwards
into one of the insertion levels. After approx.
10 cm, the „removal lock“ must be overcome by slightly lifting or angling the grill grid.
3.) Setting the oven temperature
• Set the desired
oven temperature
by means of the upper rotary knob (A).
NOTE:
Turn the rotary knob (A) to position ”MIN“ once the baking process
is finished!
4.) Setting the oven function
• Set the desired oven function by means of the second rotary knob (B) from
above.
• Select the desired function by turning the knob to the left or to the right.
NOTE: Turn the rotary knob to position ”0“ once the baking process
is finished!
Upper and lower heat with circulating air
For baking and roasting on an insertion level, where heating is provided evenly from above

preparing casseroles, roasts, game and fish as well as for all classic recipes.
