Faults concerning Teach-In / Zero adjust
No. Cause
Remedy
150
Teach-In
is not possible because
- the sheet is outside the measuring range of the sensors
(sheet too thin)
- no sheet is present.
- wrong nominal thickness or material was adjusted
Measuring range see section 3.3 “sensor
diagrams” and 2.2 “system type”

152
Zero adjust is not possible.
• In the „System adjust“ parameters select
parameter „Sensor distance“ and check the
distance.
• The distances of the sensors may not deviate
for more than ±10% among each others.

161
Cable rupture at connection E1
Check cable and sensor which is connected at E1
162
Cable rupture at connection S2
Check cable and sensor which is connected at S2
163
Cable rupture at connection E2
Check cable and sensor which is connected at E2
164

Check cable and sensor which is connected at E3
166
Cable rupture at connection S4
Check cable and sensor which is connected at S4
167
Cable rupture at connection E4
Check cable and sensor which is connected at E4
If the fault messages of this group appear due to a mis-set system configuration (wrong number of sensors), then
simultaneously press all 4 operating keys and thus call up the configuration menu directly, and set the correct values
there. Only then the fault conditions are redressed.
