On presentation of this card Accutrend
®
GC is
guaranteed by Roche Diagnostics GmbH for
twelve months
fromthe date of purchase against
defects in materials or workmanship which occur
on proper use of the instrument and occur and
are reported during the warranty period. The
warranty ceases to apply if the instrument is
damaged by tampering, misuse or negligent
maintenance.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the
repair of defective parts or to the provision – at
our option – of acorrectly functioning
replacement instrument.
This warranty is only valid if the date of pur-
chase, and the stamp and signature of the dealer
are entered on this card at the time of purchase
or if the original receipt is submitted.
The warranty period is not extended by any claim
made under this warranty.
