6 INSTALLATION
6.1 On site positioning
The dimension and weight of ROBOX SCREW are ndicated in the drawings at chapter 10.
Position ROBOX SCREW onto surface flat and levelled (max 5 mm each 1 m), free from vibrations and suitable to support the weight of the
unit.
Prepare ROBOX SCREW as follow :
•
ROBOX SCREW 2-3 remove the front panel of the noise enclosure using the special key
•
ROBOX SCREW 4-5 rimove the front panel
Lift ROBOX SCREW from the wooden pallet using a fork lift as indicated in the figure 3A below

Figure 7 shows the arrangement recommended more for ROBOX SCREW highlighting the recommended size for the installation and
maintenance of ROBOX SCREW.
Is possible to stay in the area useful for maintenance during operation of ROBOX SCREW.
WARNING : Don’t stand on the discharge relief valve site during operation of the machine
The doors that providing access to the room must be adeguately sized to allow the passage of the forklifts.
Note : The distance L must allow movement of the forklift for the installation of ROBOX SCREW
