Chimney has a main importance for the correct

working of a wood fired thermal cooker. Wood

fired thermal cookers are built to insure the max-

imum efficiency, anyway the performances of

the thermal cooker are deeply influenced by the

chimney. If the chimney has defects or does not

match the building laws, it is not insured the cor-

rect working of the thermal cooker. To build the

chimney you must use suitable materials, made

to work with high temperatures and according to

fireproof laws: it is not important the kind of mate-

rial, on condition that it is right and that the chim-

ney is isolated. Consult a specialized technician or

the chimney sweeper in charge of the area for any

problems concerning the fireplace, chimney and

connection with the thermal cooker.

CHIMNEY

Chimney must be dimensioned in a correct way

according to the type of thermal cooker it is con-

nected with, minding the environmental and gen-

eral conditions of the place in which it is placed.

The section of the chimney must permit the flow

of the fumes produced by the

thermal cooker without difficulties, but it must not

be too big otherwise the chimney will experience
