RELAY R2
The relay R2 is used to interrupt current flow to the
motor unlock function as the trolley activates the stored
limit switch LS2, which is also used to activate the
outside green light.
COUNTER
The counter is used to count the accumulated number
of lock contact closures that have been performed by
the system.
FLASHER
The solid state DC flasher is used to allow the inside
and outside lights and horns to flash with a continuous
supply signal.
DIODES
Six diodes are used throughout the system to prevent
undesirable DC signal feedback at various states of the
control contacts. All diodes are mounted in the control
box terminal strip.
TIMER & INTERCONNECT/INTERLOCK
LIMIT SWITCH
Used to interconnect a leveler with the WHEEL-LOK™
Controls. When a leveler operation is started, the limit
switch contacts close to provide a continuous signal to the
timer. The timer converts this continuous signal to a “single
pulse” to the lock push button input which activates the
WHEEL-LOK™ (supplied with interconnect/interlock
option only). The Interlock operates a second contact
of the limit switch which prevents the unlock circuit
operation when the leveler is not in the stored
position. See illustration below.
