SENSING SWITCH TEST PROCEDURE
1.
Switch must be powered to test. Apply 12 VDC
power to the C terminal (A terminal is common).
2.
Set multimeter to VDC scale for DC voltage test.
3.
Attach voltmeter leads to B and A terminals of
packard connector. You should have:
– Magnet present – 0 VDC
– Magnet not present – 12 VDC
