NOTE

Follow these precautions for any electrically controlled
leveler (i.e.

RITE-HITE

levelers HD series, HQ series,

APB series, or interconnected/interlocked mechanical
series) that has been installed or is being installed into
this dock position. Make sure that all power and ground
wires have been disconnected properly.

NOTE

Check appropriate leveler owner’s manual for this
information.

Anchor Installation Instructions

1.

Put roller track plate in place.

2.

Drill hole of 5/8" diameter and 4-1/2" deep. Clean
out hole and insert anchor, making certain that the
threaded wedge is put in first. Do not disassemble
anchor prior to installation. Install all anchors and
torque to 100 ft-lbs. See Figure 8.

Do not weld or torch cut in enclosed areas
without proper ventilation. Follow appropriate
equipment manufacturer safety information.

Fifteen (15) concrete anchors are provided with
each vehicle restraint. You must install an
anchor in each roller track plate hole except
those plug-welded to embedded steel.
