7. Troubleshooting

Characters are not transferred correctly onto the screen (the font
of the transferred characters differs from the original).

Is the output of the application software set to use the printer fonts?

In the application, configure the output settings not to use the printer fonts.

Graphics are not transferred correctly onto the screen.

Does the printer driver support the machine?

When original data is edited after a printer driver that does not support the machine is selected,
graphics may not be transferred correctly onto the screen.

After selecting a printer driver supporting the machine, edit the original data and produce an
imaged screen again.

Images are deformed/reduced in size.

Is the page scaling/page sizing setting of the application software set

to fit to the paper size?

Cancel the page scaling/page sizing setting in the application software.
