HINWEIS

Wenn das RWF40 angeschlossen ist, sind
die Fernsteuerungen TR und TL nicht
erforderlich, da deren Funktionen vom
RWF40 übernommen werden.

Einstellung Wärmerelais

Dadurch wird ein Durchbrenner des Motor
wegen starken Stromerhöhung infolge
Ausfall seiner Phase vermieden.
• Wenn der Motor über einen Sternschalter

mit 

400

 

V

 - Spannung verfügt, soll der

Zeiger auf ≈MIN∆ - Stellung positioniert wer-
den.

• Bei Dreieck - Schaltung mit 

230 V

 - Span-

nung, muß der Zeiger auf Position ≈MAX∆
gestellt werden.

Auch wenn die Skala des Wärmerelais die
Entnahmewerte des Motortypenschilds
bei 400 V nicht vorsieht, wird der Schutz
gewährleistet.

MERKE

• Um die Störabschaltung zu prüfen, die

Abdeckung abnehmen und UV Rohr
abschirmen.
Vorsicht: hoch Spannung.

• Die Modelle werden werkseitig für 400 V

stromversorgung vorbereitet.
Falls die Versorgung 230 V ist, muß fol-
gendes geändert werden: 

- die Anschlüsse der Motoren (von

Stern- auf Dreieckschaltung) sowie die
Regelung des Wärmerelais (GI/EMME
1400 - 2000 - 3000 direkter Anlauf);

- der Pumpenmotoranschluß (von Stern-

auf Dreieckschaltung) sowie die Rege-
lung des Wärmerelais (GI/EMME 2000
- 3000 - 4500 Stern - Dreieck Anlauf).

• Bei Brennern mit Dauerbetrieb ist auf

Sicherheitsgründen alle 24 Stunden ein
Brennerstillstand über einen Zeitschalter
vorgeschrieben, der mit den Begrenzere-
inrichtungen reihengeschaltet wird (TL
und I1).

Calibration of thermal relay

This is required to avoid motor burn-out in
the event of a significant increase in power
absorption caused by a missing phase.
• If the motor is start-powered,

• If it is delta-powered,

should be positioned to ≈MAX∆.

If the scale of the thermal relay does not
include reted motor absorption at 400 V,
protection is still ensured.

NOTE

• To verify the lock-out, remove cover from

base plate and obscure the U. V. detector.
Warning: high voltage.

• These models leave the factory preset for

400 V power supply. 
If power supply is 230 V, change:

- the connection of the motors (from star

to delta) and the thermal relays setting
(GI/EMME 1400 - 2000 - 3000 direct
starting);

- the pump motor connection (from star to

delta) and the thermal relay setting  
(GI/EMME 2000 - 3000 - 4500 star-delta
starting).

• For continuous operation, safety stand-

ards require a compulsory stop every 24
hours, controlled by a special monitored
switch connected in series with the load
control devices (TL and I1).

REMARQUE

Les télécommandes TR et TL ne sont pas
nécessaires quand le RWF40 est branché:

La protection est également assurée si
l»échelle du relais thermique ne comprend
pas la valeur de l»intensité absorbée
indiquée sur la plaque du moteur en 400 V.

REMARQUE

• Pour vérifier le bloc, enlever le couvercle

de la plaque de support et obscurcir la
cellule UV. 
Attention: haute tension.

• Ces modeles quittent l»usine, concus pour

une alimentation électrique de 400 V. 
Si l»alimentation est de 230 V changer:

- le reccordement des moteurs (d»étoile à

triangle) et le réglage des relais ther-
mique (GI/EMME 1400 - 2000 - 3000
démarrage direct);

- le raccordement du moteur pompe

(d»étoile a triangle) et le réglage du
relais thermique (GI/EMME 2000 - 3000
- 4500 démarrage étoil-triangle).

• Pour les brûleurs à fonctionnement con-

tinu, il est obbligatoire, pour des raisons
de sécurité, un arrêt après toutes les 24
heures au moyen d»un interrupteur
horaire à raccorder en series aux disposi-
tifs de limite (TL et I1).
