Installation Procedure

CAUTION

Unplug the machine power cord before starting the following procedure.

1. Unpack the finisher and remove all tapes and shipping retainers.
2. Open the front door and remove the shipping retainers. Remove brackets [A], [B], and

[C] (2 screws each).

3. Install the front joint bracket [D] and rear joint bracket [E] (2 screws each) (M4 x 14) on

the left side of the copier.

4. Remove the connector cover [F].
