Replace the FCE.

6. Does the cutter initialize itself ?

Go to step 7.

Replace the cutter unit.

7. Are the connections between the
FDU and the paper end sensor
loose?

Connect the cables properly.

Go to step 8.

8. Does the Replace Paper indica-
tor light when paper is present?

9. Does the signal from the paper
end sensor change in the correct
way?

Change the FDU.

Replace the paper end sensor.
