EWS (Embedded Web Server) Mode

Firmware for this machine can be upgraded by connecting to a PC through a
network. A command to upgrade the program must be entered.
You must save the correct firmware file to the PC.

1. Print out the configuration page as a backup reference for the data and

settings.

2. Download the firmware to the PC.

NOTE:

Download both the “Printer Firmware” and “Network Firmware” if you
want to upgrade both.

3. Access the “EWS” with the correct IP address.
4. Select ‘Maintenance’, as shown below.
