ortemperingvalvemustbeinstalledinthehotwater

supplylinetothehouseinordertoreducethescald

hazardpotential.

•Anypipingorcomponentsusedintheinstallationof

thiswaterheaterinacombinationpotableandspace

heatingapplicationmustbesuitableforusewith

drinkingwater.

•Ifthiswaterheaterisinstalledinanapplication

intendedtosupplydomestichotwaterneedsandhot

waterforspaceheatingpurposes,donotconnect

theheatertoanexistingheatingunitorcomponents

ofaheatingsystemthathavepreviouslybeenused

withanondrinkingwatersystem.

Toxicchemicalssuchasthoseusedforboiler

treatmentmaybepresentandwillcontaminatethe

drinkingwatersupplycausingpossiblehealthrisks.
