LOG-File
If something does not work out as it should, then you have the ability to
generate and save a log file by pressing the button
Download LOG . It is
the LOG-book of the RexXer EVO User, it demonstrating all the steps
that were taken with the device.

After that send this file to us.
This file you can send us together with the original mapping (if already
available on this point). So we will get the opportunity to obtain us a
picture of the situation to give you support. Please send us the file or the
files as needed to
info@rexxer.eu or to the E-Mail address of your
importer.
Note: The log file must be regenerated after each operation!
