The detecting range
The lense of the BW 1000 PS has 48 segments (directions) in total.
These directions are situated on 3 different distances.

The distances of each range can be adjusted according to the tilts of the movement
detector. Sensitivity of the sensor however is restricted. The maximum detecting distance
is approx. 12m.
Following diagrams show the alignment of these segments in area and height
representation. They correspond to the detecting range.
Adjustment of the detecting range
As the BW 1000 PS has got a ball-and-socket joint it can be adjusted optimally.
After the mounting and coarse setting the detecting range can be controlled by passing
through the detective range.
After having left the detecting range please wait until the switching on time is finished.
