4. Within 1 metre distance there must not be other lamps induced by the BW 1000 PS,
as a heat source would lead to permanent switching.
5. For the same reason no projectors must be directed to the BW 1000 PS.
Chose of the detecting range
The detecting range should be limited to be as small as possible. The risk of failure
switching raises with the size of the area covered.
The detecting range can be limited by help of impenetrable material (for example
adhesive tape).
The detecting range should be situated crossways to the walking direction as when
passing through from this direction rays will have the best effect.
Tips
The BW 1000 PS cannot be used with alarm systems as it is no protected against acts of
sabotage.
Electrical connection
These products have been developed and manufactured according to current technical
standards. You are obligated to install these products according to existing regulations or
to have it installed by an electrician. Indications of the instruction manual have to be
observed during installation or operation. We reserve the right of technical alterations.

Another switching possibility is given by connecting in series a push button which opens
the network. This push button which takes away the phase during pushing simulates a
mains failure. After pushing it allows light to function for the time the BW 1000 PS is
programmed.
