6.4.2.2 Software

For any of the defects or damages could not be attributed to Remotek, is not covered in this

warranty provisions. The non-attribution subjects including but not limited to the following

conditions:

Artificial Modification (Analysis the software by reverse engineering, decoding or

Disassembling)

Trial version or free software

III.

Violation the setup rules of user’s manual

6.4.3 Service in Non-Warranty

Remotek will keep providing after service in non-warranty period.

6.4.3.1 Hardware/Firmware

Any shipping or transporting fees need pay by customers.

Remotek will charge reasonable fees for repaired product, parts and manpower working.

III.

For the repaired part and components of product in non-warranty period, Remotek will

provide another six month warranty period.

6.4.3.2 Software

Remotek will provide charge service to update new version software in non-warranty period.

6.4.4 Disclaimer

The product design of Remotek is only applied in telecommunication filed. For anyone’s

death or injury, for any subject’s damage, or Remotek’s products been applied, including

but not limited to the military or military-related equipment, traffic control equipment,

disaster prevention system, and medical or medical

–related equipment, Remotek has the
