4. Turn gun to 180° (needle up), place fluid noz
-
zle and tighten it to 30 Nm. Place air cap and
tighten it manually with retaining ring. Little
gun grease on the threads facilitates subse-
quent removal.
5. Wet slightly two o-rings (10) from not solvent
resistant Viton, for fan air and atomizing air
with gun grease and insert into the head hold-
er (11).
Attention: Too much grease can be carried
away by the fan air and atomizing air and
reflected in painting/coating on the work
-
piece.
6. Lubricate piston (12) and push into the head
holder (11) manually.
7. Fit spray head (8) and head holder (11) to

gether.
