Differential
Differential gear. Equalizes the different revolution speeds, e.g. between the wheel on the inside of a bend and the outside of a bend.
Fail-safe
Electronic switching which moves the connected servo into a free to select position in case of an interruption of the radio contact e.g. if the range is exceeded
or in case of a transmission fault or in case of low voltage of the receiver battery.
Once the radio contact is restored, the servo reacts normally again to the control signals. In case of low voltage, the servo position remains unchanged. The
fail-safe function can be integrated in the receiver and can as well be inserted between the receiver and the servo as additional constructional element
Fuel tank
The snap closing fuel tank holds 75 ccm and is equipped with an integrated fuel filter. The tank is connected to the tuned pipe via a connector hose running
from the connector nipple. When the motor is operating, the exhaust gas pressurises the tank and improves the flow of fuel to the carburettor.
A rill on the upper side of the tank and the filling support collects spilled fuel, which is then transferred out of the chassis via a drainage hose.
Gear
“Transmits” the engine rotation speed in the drive section to the rotational speed of the driven wheels. The “transmission ratio” (engine rotation speed/wheel
rotation) provides information about the final speed and the torque.
Inclination
Inclination of the wheels as viewed from the front:
Positive inclination
Negative inclination
Main nozzle needle
Regulates the fuel supply to the carburettor
Oil-dampened shock absorbers
The shock absorber consists of a coil spring with a piston in an oil-filled cylinder running up and down at the centre. The coil spring is supported by a plate on
the end of the piston rod and a knurled nut/distance ring on the outer side of the cylinder. The spring preload can be adjusted by turning the knurled nut/the
distance rings of various thicknesses. The spring absorbs the travel of the axle halves when travelling in uneven terrain. The bounding and rebounding is
dampened by the piston moving through the oil. By selecting different dampening oils the dampening properties can be varied. The shock absorber is mounted
between the damper plate at the top and the lower transverse link. The deflection travel is limited with the help of a plastics sleeve.

Receiver
Receives and “translates” the control signals of the remote control transmitter (direction and intensity) for the servo and the
cruise control. The transmitter crystal which is tuned to the
receiver
crystal
ensures the perfect communication between transmitter and receiver. Transmitter
and receiver crystals are thus tuned to one another, so that signals of parallel transmitters cannot disturb this receiver (this model).
Resonance exhaust silencer
The resonance exhaust silencer serves, on the one side, to absorb sounds, on the other side, to display the optimal output of the engine.
Servo lever
(servo arm)
Lever, disk or cross with 4 control levers which transmit the rotational movement of the servo motor via steering levers.
Servo
Servo motor whose shaft turns in a limited angle in both directions and carries out mechanically a control function via a lever.
Servo reverse
(at the remote control transmitter) switches the rotational direction / driving direction of the servo
Servo-Saver
Cushioned additional link between steering servo and tie rod. Sudden, hard knocks to the turned wheels are cushioned via this link and are not directed
straight into the servo.
