TARGET ID

Allows you to manually designate a unique Target ID. When selected a keyboard will appear. This allows a

specific target or group for sending commands or NA for broadcast to all.

ENABLE LISTENING

Allows the camera to respond to incoming commands. This will be enabled on desired “slave” cameras to

allow commands to be received from “master” camera.

ENABLE SENDING

Allows the camera to send outgoing commands. This will be enabled on the desired “master” camera to

command other cameras.

ENABLE PASSTHROUGH

Not implemented at this time.

WIRELESS DEVICES FOUND

Displays discovered REDmotes in the drop-down menu and allows pairing for wireless communication.

For details, go to APPENDIX E: REDMOTE OPERATION > OPERATION > WIRELESS CONNECTION.

When REMOTE menu is first accessed, menu will display “SEARCHING” before displaying available

REDmotes to pair with.

NOTE: If after upgrading your EPIC to v1.6.xx and upgrading your REDmote to v771, your REDmote

will not wirelessly connect to your EPIC and "REDLINK upgrade required, please contact RED!" is

displayed on the camera, then your EPIC and REDmote may need to be sent back to RED for
evaluation/updating. Please save a .LOG file and send to RED Technical Support to diagnose and

confirm next steps.
