SCARICO ACQUA E PULIZIA
DEL SERBATOIO DI RECUPERO {FIG.10}
Al termine di ogni lavaggio o quando il serbatoio di recupero 1 è pieno, scari-
care l’acqua sporca tramite il tubo di scarico 2.
Eff ettuare una pulizia accurata del serbatoio 1 del fi ltro aspirazione acqua
sporca 6 e del cestello di raccolta rifi uti 7 e galleggiante 10. Eseguire una
pulizia del serbatoio anche quando la macchina non viene utilizzata di fre-
quente. Procedere come segue:

Pericolo!
Durante la pulizia non utilizzare prodotti corrosivi che possono dan-
negiare il serbatoio e la propria salute. É necessario indossare indu-
menti adeguati, guanti e occhiali di protezione.
•
Sganciare la chiusura 3
•
Aprire il coperchio 4 e fermarlo con l’apposita staff a 5.
•
Rimuovere e pulire il fi ltro aspirazione 6 con un pennello e aria com-
pressa, lo stesso fi ltro è lavabile con acqua. Una volta lavato, prima
di rimontarlo assicurarsi che sia perfettamente asciutto, se il fi ltro è
deteriorato sostituirlo.

Rimuovere e pulire il cestello raccolta rifi uti 7 lavandolo sotto acqua
corrente, con l’aiuto di un pennello rimuovere i detriti accumulati.
•
Per agevolare la pulizia interna del serbatoio 1, sollevare il sedile 8 e
fermarlo con l’apposita staff a 9.
•
Inclinare il serbatoio 1 come indicato in foto, pulire il suo interno
con un getto acqua facendo uscire dal tubo di scarico 2 i detriti
depositati durante la fase di lavaggio, pulire dalle impurita anche il
galleggiante 10. É consigliato attendere che il serbatoio si asciughi
quindi, utilizzare un getto d’aria compressa (max 1,5bar) per com-
pletare la pulizia.

Pulire le guarnizioni 11 da eventuali detriti e verifi care la loro integ-
rità.
Ripristinare il posizionamento del serbatoio e sedile invertendo le operazi-
oni sopra descritte.

At the end of each wash or when recovery tank 1 is full, drain the dirty water
through drain hose 2.
Thoroughly clean tank 1 of the dirty water vacuum fi lter 6 and waste collec-
tion basket 7 and fl oat 10. Also clean the tank when the machine is not used
frequently. Proceed as follows:

Danger!
During cleaning do not use corrosive products that can damage the
tank and your health. It is necessary to wear adequate clothing, pro-
tective gloves and goggles.

Release lock 3
•
Open cover 4 and secure it with bracket 5.
•
Remove and clean the vacuum fi lter 6 with a brush and compressed
air, the same fi lter can be washed with water. Once washed, before
reassembling it, make sure that it is perfectly dry. Replace the fi lter
if worn.
•
Remove and clean the waste collection container 7 by washing it
with running water, using a brush remove the accumulated debris.
•
To facilitate cleaning the inside of tank 1, lift seat 8 and secure it
with bracket 9.
•
Tilt tank 1 as shown in the photo, clean the inside with a water jet,
letting the deposited debris out through drain hose 2 during wash-
ing, also remove the impurities from fl oat 10. It is advisable to wait
for the tank to dry and then use a jet of compressed air (1.5 bar max)
to complete cleaning.
•
Clean gaskets 11 from any debris and check their integrity.
Restore the tank and seat position by reversing the operations described
above.
