Chapter 4: Series 1780 Installation
We suggest designing and building the safety area and enclosure prior to Series 1780
assembly and installation. For the 75kgf-500A version of the Series 1780, you will need to drill
holes to the concrete. If you are unable to do so, please refer to chapter 3.1 and use plywood
with sandbags or similar weights as an alternative.
In this chapter, we will present you a guide to install the Series 1780 Dynamometer. Every
section in this chapter represents the suggested procedure to assemble and install the Series
1780, please follow the sequence accordingly and do not bypass any operation.
When you are ready to start with the Series 1780 installation, please first prepare the correct
tools for the operations. You can find inside the package a bag of hand-tool (SKU#: AMXZ) in
the assembly box (SKU#: BCJE), which includes several sizes of allens keys and wrenches. If
you are using your own tools please make sure to have the proper drive sizes.
