At least six hours before the arrival of the specialized Engineer
responsible for the commissioning, turn-on the compressors’ oil pre-
heater as follows.
1. Check that the system’s
master switch is in the
ON position.
2. Turn
the
auxiliary
operation switch in
DISABLE position. If the
auxiliary switch is not
installed, check the
terminals in the electric
board and remove the
eventual jumper. To
identify the terminals consult the “Wiring Diagram”.
Don’t turn the Summer/Winter selector on REMOTE.
3. Turn the door locking switch OFF and open the switchboard’s
door.
4. Turn the magnetic switch
that supplies the auxiliary
circuits ON. To identify
this switch, consult the
“Wiring Diagram”.
5. Close the door and turn
the door locking switch
ON.
6. If these operations have
been carried out
properly, the
microprocessor’s
display must be ON.
4.12 COMMISSIONING
PROCEDURES

The commissioning must
be carried out by a
specialized Engineer, in the presence of the Installer and the
expert Operator.

The specialized Engineer will test the plant, carrying out checks,
calibrations and the commissioning according to the applicable
procedures and his competence.

The expert Operator must address questions to the specialized
Engineer in order to obtain adequate notions, so as to carry out
the checks and applications pertaining to him.

After the first days of operation, please check the hydraulic
circuit’s gauze filters and clean them, if necessary.
