photocell states it is daylight.

Photocell Max:

720 mins

There is the option, when a valid on instruction is received, for the illuminator to
either start immediately

or to ramp up to selected power level

The length of time of the ramp up depends on power level selected. (Max 10 seconds
for 100% power)
