OPERATING ABNORMALITIES
DURING INSTALLATION
OBSERVED ABNORMALITIES
The water is not mixed (it is either hot or cold).
The water is not at the selected temperature.
The temperature is difficult to adjust.
PROBABLE CAUSES
The connection is not correct, make sure the flexible
hoses are not reversed .
A/ The cartridge needs to be calibrated .
B/ One of the flexible hoses supplying the water is pinched .
Check the pressure at the incoming water pipes.
Note: The pressure difference between the hot and cold
water must be 1 bar maximum.
OBSERVED ABNORMALITIES
The water spraying rate and/or the water temperature low.
The control knob is difficult to turn or remains blocked.
The water temperature has changed from one day to the next.
PROBABLE CAUSES
A/ The thermostatic shower mixer cartridge is sludged .
B/ The filters are clogged.
The cartridge is sludged.
Note: The control knob should be periodically turned to
the two extreme limit positions (15° /50°).
A/ The boiler adjustment settings have changed.
B/ The mixer has to be recalibrated.
WHILE IN OPERATION
THE FILTER SEALS
The filter seals help prevent all the impurities present in the plumbing from disturbing the proper operation
of your installation. In the event of an abnormality, remove the impurities and clean the seals in a suitable
product or in vinegar. If they cannot be sufficiently cleaned, replace them. The filter seals are inserted
between the connecting flexible hoses and the incoming water pipes of your installation.
WARRANTY
Warrants its multi−function columns for a two (2) year period as of the user´s purchasing date (cash register slip/bill legal−
ly binding).
THE WARRANTY APPLIES UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Against all defects in workmanship, materials and/or aspect provided installed in compliance with the rules and regulati−
ons of the art and according to our instructions.
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part(s) acknowledged or responsible for the unit´s faulty ope−
ration. Under no circumstances may labor costs, travelling expenses, or any compensation, particularly for deprival of
satisfaction, or other reason be claimed.
The manufacturer may not be held liable and the warranty shall not be applicable in the event of abnormal use of the
unit, such as: installation not compliant or badly adapted. Deficient servicing: the user is responsible for normal servicing
(such as changing the seals, cleaning the filters, unclogging the mechanisms, greasing, etc.).
Normal wear of moving parts.
Damage to the units caused by the freezing of the installation.
Unit exposed to freezing conditions.
Accidents or shocks.
Negligence, bad manipulations.
Use of blunt objects for cleaning.
Use of corrosive or abrasive products for servicing.
Deterioration due to foreign matter (sand, filings, etc.) transported by the water.
And any other form of abnormal use.
