4 SWITCHING THE UNIT OFF AND ON
4.1 Switching on
First of all switch on the lift with the integrated measuring heads by means of the
control on the unit (see lift manual).
Now switch on the console by means of the switch on the back of the unit.
After PC initialisation by operating system Windows
™
VISTA, the program is
automatically run. The first page to appear is the program presentation page, (see para 5
at page 11) from where all machine functions can be started.

IMPORTANT: Every time the program is started, the system performs a self-check of the
sensors and electronic plates, if the lift was previously switched off/on. The notice page
shown below appears (see Figure 8).

Remove the vehicle and any obstacles on the lift platforms. Now press key F4 “ ”
and wait for the self-check operation to terminate. At the end of the operation, the
presentation page in Figure 7 will appear again.
