Print the counting results
Connect the mains cable with the mains cable connection on the back of the CS 500 and plug the cable into a
wall socket. Switch on the device. The unit now performs a self-test. The display shows “WAIT” during this test
run. When “0 PCS” and “0.00” appear on the display the test is completed. Insert the coins in the coin feeder
and start the counting process by pressing START | STOP. The coins are now sorted into the individual coin cups.
When all coins have been counted and sorted, the counting process is automatically stopped. You can also stop
the counting process with the START | STOP key. The counting results are shown on the display. The upper value:
the piece number of counted coins (PCS). The lower value: the total value of the counted coins. Above the coin
cups you can see which coin type has been sorted into which cup. In order to delete the counting results, press
the Clear button. After switching off the machine, the counting results will be deleted automatically.
By pressing the “REP” key, you can call up the detailed results per coin denomination after a counting operati-
on. Press the “REP” button again to jump to the next coin value. Press the “START | STOP” button to return to
the grand total.
Settings in the setup menu
In the standard display, press the “SET” key to enter the setup menu. Press the “START | STOP” button to exit
the setup menu at any time.
