1.1 Description of Operation

This air handler is a direct, gas-fired, fresh-air piece 
of eq

ipment. It is designed for indoor or o

tdoor 

installation

rner. Air handlers are designed to operate in

 as -30° F (-34° C). The air 

handler is factory-tested to fire

LPG (check the air handler's rating plate for 
information on the appropriate gas). The b

1.2 Inspection and Setup

The air handler is shipped f

u

lly assembled. The air 

handler 

w

as inspected and operated prior to 

shipment. Immediately 

u

pon receipt of the air 

handler, check the f

u

el and electrical characteristics 

of the air handler and 

v

erify that they match the f

u

el 

and electrical s

u

pply a

v

ailable. Verify that the 

specifications on the air handler rating plate match 
the order. Check the air handler for any damage that 
may ha

v

e occ

u

rred d

u

ring shipment. If any damage 

is fo

u

nd, file a claim 

w

ith the transporting agency. Do 

not ref

u

se shipment. Check the installation location 

to ens

u

re proper clearances to comb

u

stibles.
