Problem/Fault

Possible Causes

Troubleshooting

The ASM function is suddenly

interrupted and the z-axis no

longer moves. The following
safety message appears on the
touch display:

ASM safety cover has been

opened. Execution stopped for

safety reasons.

The knife protection device is open
or not closed correctly.

Close the knife protection device
and press the

Continue

button to

acknowledge the safety message on
the touch display.

The print job fails to start.

The following safety message
appears on the touch display:

Part separation axis has been

stopped for safety reasons.

The upper hood was opened during
a reference run in preparation for
the print job.

Close the upper hood and press the

Continue

button to acknowledge

the safety message on the touch
display.

The print job fails to start.

The following message appears
on the touch display:

Part detected in reservoir/no

reservoir found.

Polymerised residues have been
detected in the reservoir.

Remove the collection basket and
then the reservoir from the
machine. Check the bottom of the
reservoir for polymerised residues
and damage.

reservoir cleaning.
