R&S TS-PSU12
The R&S TS-PSU12 is a power supply and load module with two independent,
floating channels. Designed for fourquadrant operation, the module can be used
in functional tests (FCT) as well as in-circuit tests (ICT). It is controlled via the
CAN bus. The R&S TS-PSU12 can be used in the R&S CompactTSVP base unit
as well as in the R&S PowerTSVP.
It offers the following key features:

Two independent "floating" ouputs

Source mode:

12 V, 0.5 A, 5 W per channel

Load mode: 6 W per channel
●
4 to 1 Relay multiplexers with sense lines per channel to front connector X10
●
Integrated current and voltage measurement
●
PWM mode available with arbitrary signals max. 10 kHz, 10000 Samples
●
Protection fuses in soft- and hardware available to prevent:
– Overvoltage
– Overtemperature
– Shortcut
3.4
In-System Calibration
The TSVP In-System Calibration R&S TS-ISC enables the modules of the R&S
CompactTSVP and R&S PowerTSVP production testing platforms to be calibra-
ted in the system and readjusted if required. This means that it is no longer nec-
essary to remove the modules.
It consists of the following components:

Different calibriation connectors to be selected for the module type
– Calibration adapter TS-PCALA
– Calibration adapter TS-PCALB
– Calibration adapter TS-PCALC
●
A rear I/O module TS-PCAL2 to be placed behind a TS-PMB module
