First Steps with the Instrument
This section provides examples on how to configure the R&S
SGS to generate a
continuous wave (CW) signal via the R&S SGMA-GUI and the R&S SGS100A
Web-GUI.
4.1
Configuring a CW Signal with the R&S SGMA-
GUI
The R&S
SGS in this example is a base unit equipped with the frequency option
R&S
SGS-B106.
As a prerequisite for this example, the R&S
SGS has to be connected to a remote
PC. The R&S SGMA-GUI software has to be installed on this remote PC and the
instrument is added to the list of "Available Instruments".
